Easy Lemon Cookies with Lemon Glaze. I left out the lemon juide in the cookies themselves. I also made only half the glaze mix, using 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and nearly 1 T of juice, thinned slightly with water. This was enough to drizzle, though they are not coated heavily as in this photo. I served with sugared strawberries and a puff of whipped cream. Yum!
